The owners, a wonderful and active couple from the area, wished to move from a large single-family home to a more maintenance-free apartment that was still close to the city's vibrant offerings and activities.

The apartment boasts exceptional views from all four sides, which is a rare quality in today's apartments. Almost all living spaces have daylight coming in from two sides. In the middle of the apartment are rooms that do not have the same need for daylight but form a peaceful core at the center of the layout. This core is clad in light wood and integrated with beautiful design elements such as the kitchen, fireplace, and wardrobes to highlight it as a focal point in the design.

The corridors around the core are spacious and open, without doors that close, allowing daylight to flow through the apartment from all sides and avoiding the feeling of narrow corridors. Elements such as chests of drawers and small niches are discreetly integrated.

On one side of the apartment, you will find the guest suite with an adjoining bathroom, while the master suite with the main bathroom is located on the other side. The kitchen and the living room form an open solution and have direct access to the terrace.

Natural and warm materials have been used in the project. The doors are custom-designed and represent an important design element. In this apartment, the repetitive lines and integration of natural materials create a rhythm and harmony that are not only visually appealing but also contribute to a good atmosphere.
